Travel down to the depths of the sea and join the crafty Octopus as he leads you to a sunken fortune in the latest Play’n GO adventure, Octopus Treasure.
Octopus treasure is a fun 5x3 video slot with a host of fun features to help you find your underwater fortune!
Your picture symbols for the game are all various sunken treasures; a pile of gold, some silver trinkets, a bag of bronze and clay pottery pieces; the rest of the symbols are the four card suits.
Matching three or more symbols along the game’s twenty paylines will grant you a standard base game win.
To help with that, the Wild will substitute for any of those symbols to create winning combos. The Wild in this game is a colourful coral reef.
Now, the game has two Scatters. The first is an ocean pearl, and it can be used to trigger your re-spin feature. The second is a Wild Scatter Key that not only can help you create winning lines but if it lands on the third reel along with a treasure chest, will randomly unlock one of the four base game features!
Wild Coins
The first of these features is Wild Coins. Once this feature is triggered, before any wins are paid out, you get to choose three coins (from six) to reveal any standard in-game symbol. The symbols you select will then be upgraded to Wilds, if they are present on the reels, and any wins will then be paid out.
Gold Pile
In this feature, the Octopus will upgrade any picture symbols on the reels into the pile of gold, the game’s most powerful symbol!
Treasure Grab
When you trigger Treasure Grab, the wily Octopus will collect all picture symbols from the reels leaving empty spaces on the grid. The empty spaces will then re-spin, and then the Octopus will collect any other picture symbols that land from the re-spin.
This continues until no more on the grid, and then you’ll be paid out according to how many symbols you collect.
Once this is done any wins from the card suit symbols on the grid will also payout.
Wild Reels
Here, you get to choose from five clay pottery pieces, and your choice will transform on fo the reels into a stack of Wilds! You also have the chance to get another pick.
Re-Spin Mode
Landing Scatters on reels 1, 3 and 5 simultaneously will trigger Re-Spin Mode. This will give you three re-spins where only Wild Scatters, or empty spaces, will land on the reels.
Each time a Wild Scatter lands on the reels, it will be sticky for the rest of the spins; each one represents one of the Bonus features from the base game. After the three spins, the number of Keys will determine how many free spins you get.
Free Spins
After your re-spins are over, your Free Spins begin! After each free spin round, one of your collected re-spin keys will trigger a bonus feature to play out on the reels.
If a Wild Scatter lands on the third reel during free spins, it will award you an extra free spin and another key, and the feature will end once you use up all of your keys.
